Old Town Rotterdam was taken earlier this year, I finally have had a chance to process the image, it comprises of a 5 shot HDR -4, -2, 0, +2, +4, processed as HDR through Photoshop CC into a 32bit image, then drawn into Lightroom Classic CC where the processing was completed.

Glad to see you back Jamie. Excellent Clean Processing except for the Ghosting Flags.
If you are really serious about producing HDR then I recommend you process with a Good HDR program such as Photomatix Pro 6.0 in which you can eliminate this ghosting effect during processing. I will check, I think I have a Free Subscription left that I can share with you. Thanks for posting and Have A Great Day!

@digicam that is very kind of you, not familiar with Photomatix, so will be very interested to see what it can do.
