The General Sherman Tree is the largest in the world. It stands 275 feet tall with a diameter of 36 feet at the base. It is estimated to be between 2000-2700 years old. It is not only the biggest Sequoia but also the biggest tree in the world.

Thanks for sharing the SHERMAN with us Steve. I've heard of it and seen a few pics of it before but none from this perspective. Other than some very light chromatic aberrations (blue on green) on the end of some of the branch tips it is a very clean and detailed image. Best of Luck in the Contest.
