For this photo, I made a bracket of 5 photos and I used 3 assembled in lightroom. I work a lot with Lightroom for the HDR lately because it seems to me that photomatix tends to saturate the photos too much. The result is much more realistic with LR. Of course, I played with the orton effect, manual blending and many other little tricks :)
